BSM MEMBERS FUND RAISE FOR SUMMER MISSIONS

Pic. 9. Finally after five hours of cooking chicken Yu Bai ends the day tierd and satisfied with the results. Over one thousand dollars were raised for BSM student missionaries.
Pic. !0. May 1st at 8 a.m. the BSM held a “Garage Sale” on the building’s parking lot to help students raise funds for their mission trips.

Pic 17. Sahara Quintanilla and Brenda Gonzales made sure that things were in order through out the whole morning. They helped customer find anything they needed.
Pic. 18. Ana Carranza and her older sister Maria stoped by the garage sale and ended up buying around 15 items of clothing and shoes for 21 dollars.
Pic. 19. Electronics were sold at the garage sale and they were all gone by 1:00 p.m.
Pic. 20. Another Valley Summer Project member Yara Valle is hoping to raise enough money from this event. She needs 100 dollars more to meet her goal.
Pic 21. The garage sale went on Sat. May 1st from 8 a.m.-2 p.m. students were able to raise over 300 dollars for their missions fund. Items were sold from 25 cents to twenty dollars. BSM members had a great turnout and are planning for more fundraising events before their due date May 28
